A Journey Rooted in Purpose and Determination
Founder & President

Mr. Prashant Anand Gaikwad

A postgraduate from Pune University, Mr. Gaikwad began his professional journey in the business sector.

From an early stage in his career, he was actively involved in various entrepreneurial and marketing initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, operations management, and leadership development. His background in business helped him understand systems, scalability, resource management, and sustainable growth — principles that he now applies in the nonprofit sector.

Over the years, he has received multiple certifications and recognitions in his professional journey and has also served in leadership roles within the corporate domain.

True development must reach the grassroots level and create long-term self-reliance rather than temporary relief.

Accountability and transparency

Sustainable program design

Under his guidance, the organisation focuses on structured programs rather than one-time activities. Each initiative is planned with long-term impact in mind.

Skill Development as a Core Mission

“When skills are developed, dignity is restored.”

Under his leadership, the organisation has worked toward conducting training programs aimed at improving employability and entrepreneurship among disadvantaged sections of society.

Mr. Gaikwad has ensured that Nishchay Foundation does not limit its work to a single geography.
